Cheadle Hulme Communicare is a small non-profit-making charity with volunteers working in the local community to help those who are unable to get themselves to their essential appointment. With our help residents of Cheadle Hulme, Stockport, can reliably attend important appointments. We help to get to people to doctor, hospital, dentist, nurse, optician or podiatrist appointment. All the telephonists and drivers are volunteers and give their time to help you.

A little of your time occasionally will help a person who is unable to get themself to a vital appointment and can make a great deal of difference
We are currently looking for new volunteers to join us to be either a telephonist or a driver - and can offer in return the knowledge that you
