The telephonists and drivers who help you are volunteers and give their time freely.

We keep our costs to a minimum but we do need to pay for the telephone, insurance and travel - our drivers are reimbursed for petrol from their homes and back again.

As a charity we rely on your voluntary contributions to cover the costs so please give generously then we can always be there when you need us.

Our telephone number for all calls is 0161 485 5353 and you can talk to us between 9am and 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Please give us two or three days notice, if possible, before you need to go for your appointment.
When calling please give the following details clearly:

Your name
Your address and telephone number
Where you need to go
Day, date and time of appointment
Duration of appointment if known
